Atlantic City Electric Donates Golf Classic Proceeds
Atlantic City Electric has donated $120,000 in proceeds from its Fall Charity Golf Classic to area charities including Robins’ Nest, the American Heart Association, Clean Ocean Action and the American Red Cross.
Since its inception, the Fall Charity Golf Classic has raised more than $355,000, which has been donated to charities throughout the region.
Atlantic City Electric Region Vice President Bob Marshall said, “These organizations will put these dollars to good use. They each make a tremendous contribution to improving the quality of life for many people and enhance the communities we serve.”
The Fourth Annual Fall Charity Golf Classic will be held Sept. 28 in Galloway Township, N.J. Atlantic City Electric is soliciting corporate sponsorships now.
